I was thrilled when Eric showed up (on time) and had already figured out my problem over the phone and was right, then fixed it in less than five minutes! I was so happy I didn't have buy any new parts!And He took the time to do extra stuff like get my audio & internet up and running. I also liked the way he worked--he loves what he does--so he didn't act "hyper"--running against the clock like some techs I've worked with. I was blown away by Mr. Morrow's thorough knowledge and expertise in his trade. I had botched installing a DVDROM/CDRW Internal Combo Drive. I thought I could do it myself and that the software would just automatically run and install itself. Mr. Morrow was incredibly patient with me and fixed the problem in no time. Call Eric if you have any computers issues, Honestly its like having a friend come over and work on your computer. I had several virus's and many issues with my laptop. He help me get my computer back to New.Set it up so that it is idiot proof. Eric recommended i stay off some porn sites but, that if i did go on i would be protected. Seriously though he really is a proffesional, the rates can't be beat. I challenge anyone to beat his rates and oustanding service, you won't find better customer service anywhere. i have two computer that were running slow and had a virus ...i took it to another place to have it check out. they wanna to charge a few hundred dollars and sale me all kinds of programs...i call ERIC and he came out and spend alot of time repairing both of my computers .he also took time to explain things to me ...there both running great now! thanks ERIC.
